Director's Statement

Theatre is the collaborative art of Storytelling. Every discipline from lighting to costuming, dramaturgy to playwriting come together in a single vision to tell a story. It is the director's responsibility to highlight the through-line that combines all disciplines of theatre to form a unique vision for every story that finds itself on stage. As a director, I firmly believe that every story has a purpose and deserves to be told, no matter how controversial. While I enjoy producing new works or creating modern adaptations of classic text that still relate to us in this post-modern age in history, I appreciate and encourage all forms of theatre
